What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are a full service 1 price company. No aditional charges for every little thing. We come and do it all. All the ducts (supply and return), the dryer vent, the furnace and we disinfect.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been doing this for 19 years and my son has been working with me for the past 5. We have lots of experience. We go through annual training to make sure we keep up on all the newest techniques and procedures.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My son had allergies and I was trying to clean my ducts with a shop vac. It did not work so well. I realized that many people had similar problems.
